Dealing with Richwood Contracting for the purchase and installation of our automatic remote controlled porch screen was a delight. In this era where you don't know what contractor to trust, they were exceptional. From the purchase and communication to the final installation, they were friendly, professional, and always delivered on what they promised. I have recommended them to friends and family. The product is amazing too. We have a partially closed-in porch that is open at one end to access our hot tub. Before the automatic screen, we hardly used the porch because of the mosquitoes. Now it is our favourite outdoor space for 3 seasons.

We purchased new patio doors as well as a new front entry door from Richwood. The doors are gorgeous and great quality. There is no doubt that they are not cheap but you get what you pay for and Rick did a fabulous job with installation- he even came back to fix a small detail that I wasn’t happy with.
